These website terms apply to your use of kitesourcing.com and to preliminary communications with Kite Sourcing. Product orders are additionally governed by the final written quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order acceptance or sales agreement agreed by the parties.

Website information and quotations

Website content is provided for general B2B sourcing information. Images, specifications, minimum quantities, lead times and packaging examples may change. A quotation is not binding until commercial terms, product specifications, artwork, payment and delivery arrangements are confirmed in writing.

Samples, specifications and tolerances

Buyers are responsible for reviewing and approving samples, artwork, colors, dimensions, materials, packaging and labeling before production. Reasonable manufacturing and color tolerances may apply to custom products. Any agreed tolerance or inspection standard in the final order documents takes priority.

Artwork and intellectual property

You confirm that you have the right to use all logos, artwork, trademarks and other materials supplied to us. You remain responsible for third-party intellectual-property claims arising from buyer-supplied content. We will use supplied materials only as reasonably necessary to evaluate or fulfill your request.

Payment, production and delivery

Payment schedule, currency, production lead time, shipping method, Incoterms, insurance, duties and taxes must be stated in the final commercial documents. Estimated dates are not guaranteed when delays result from late approvals, payment, carrier disruption, customs, force majeure or other events outside reasonable control.

Inspection and claims

Buyers should inspect goods promptly after receipt and submit any claim within the period stated in the final order agreement, with clear photographs, quantities and supporting evidence. Remedies are determined by the agreed order terms and may include repair, replacement, credit or another mutually agreed solution.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, or use content in violation of law or third-party rights.

Liability and governing terms

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, website content is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from website use. The governing law, dispute process and any specific liability limits for an order will be those stated in the final written commercial agreement.
